The much-hyped new Bungie shooter Destiny will be out tomorrow, but you can watch someone mess around in its Tower hub level today. At least in Minecraft.
Quincy Van Hilst and crew built the level on the Xbox (presumably 360), which is appropriate for the console-exclusive Destiny but a bit of a bummer because there’s no world download.
From what we can see in the video, however, the Tower seems faithfully recreated and should be familiar to anyone who played the Destiny beta. It actually seems to have a bit grander sense of scale, as the real Destiny tower is by design compact with everything conveniently close together.
